Most cells and cancer cells secrete exosomes with 30 to 150 nm in diameter. These extracellular vehicles (EVs) carry various messages to recipient cells and affect their phenotype. Thus, EVs are considered to be intercellular communicators. A growing body of literature confirms that exosomes play a vital role in a variety of physical and pathological conditions. The LuminX ExoFortius, one of the series of exosome extraction kits, is designed to serve the purpose of extracting exosomes in a reliable and steady method to provide a better quality for the following study. It requires the isolation of intact exosomes to study the biological function and their related diagnosis of exosomes, yet the current methods are exhausting and difficult.
